Hamburg nennt sich seit und mit dem G20 Gipfel eine Weltstadt. Der frühere Erste Bürgermeister nahm das Wort "Kosmopolitische Stadt" in seine Sprache auf. Das Freie Radio dieser Stadt bleibt darauf verwiesen, in bestenfalls einem Drittel der Fläche der Agglomeration empfangbar zu sein. Die Mehrheit der Bevölkerung ist damit ausgeschlossen.
