Öffentliche Erklärung der Hafenarbeitergewerkschaft von Chile
Die Hafenarbeiter haben beschlossen die Terminale unseres Landes lahmzulegen in SOLIDARITÄT mit den Forderungen und dem Kampf, den alle Chilenen im gesamten Staatsgebiet begonnen haben.
Wir verstehen, dass der Kampf auf der Straße legitim ist, aber es ist wichtig, uns von denen zu trennen, die glauben, dass Sozialprotest Vandalismus ermöglicht. Wir unterstützen Menschen, die ihre Häuser vor skrupellosen Menschen verteidigen, die nicht an sozialen Kämpfen interessiert sind und diese chaotische Situation nutzen, um kriminelle Handlungen zu begehen. Es ist Protest, nicht Plünderung.
In Übereinstimmung mit dem Vorhergesagten lehnen wir auch ab, dass Präsident Piñera von einem inneren Feind und einer Kriegssituation spricht. Dies ist im Sinne der Militarisierung der Straße und der Erklärung des Ausnahmezustands nichts anderes, als die soziale Forderung zu unterschätzen, das Feuer mit Benzin zu löschen und die Selbstverteidigung des chilenischen Volkes zu legitimieren.
Heute LEGEN wir das Land LAHM. Nicht nur wegen der Forderungen der Verbände, sondern auch weil wir der Meinung sind, dass die Situation ein NEUGRÜNDUNGSSZENARIO eröffnet und dass Chile von nun an nicht mehr das Selbe sein wird.
Wir haben bereits einen GENERALSTREIK gefordert, bei dem sich das ganze Volk im Geiste der Demokratie und der Veränderung äußern kann.
Die Hafenarbeiter setzen sich für politische und soziale Veränderungen ein, und deshalb schlagen wir der Gewerkschaftsbewegung als Ganzes vor, sich für eine KONSTITUIERENDE VERSAMMLUNG DER ARBEITER UND DES VOLKES einzusetzen.
Nur eine Konstituierende Versammlung wird die Möglichkeit eröffnen, über ein neues Produktions-, Industrie- und Entwicklungsmodell, einen neuen Rahmen für die Arbeitsbeziehungen, eine Verstaatlichung der Kupferminen und natürlichen Ressourcen sowie andere Forderungen unserer Bürger zu diskutieren.
Schließlich sind wir Zeugen einer ernsthaften Krise der REPRÄSENTATION. Die Regierung ist nicht im Einklang mit dem Volk, ein Thema, das sich in der Anwendung von Angst und militärischer Gewalt bei der Regierungsführung ausdrückt. Deshalb vertrauen wir ihnen nicht.
Die Hafenarbeiter streiken und wir gehen auf die Straße.

UNIÓN PORTUARIA DE CHILE PARALIZA EN TODO EL PAIS POR ASAMBLEA CONSTITUYENTE VIA HUELGA GENERAL
Declaración Pública Unión Portuaria de Chile
Los trabajadores portuarios han decidido comenzar una paralización en los terminales de nuestro país en SOLIDARIDAD con las reivindicaciones y lucha que todos los chilenos hemos llevado adelante en todo el territorio nacional.
Entendemos que la lucha en la calle es legítima, sin embargo, es importante separarnos de quienes consideran que la protesta social habilita al vandalismo. Apoyamos que la gente defienda sus hogares de inescrupulosos que no les interesan las luchas sociales y aprovechan esta situación de caos para cometer actos delictivos. Es protesta, no saqueos.
En línea con la anterior, también rechazamos que el presidente Piñera hable de enemigo interno y de situación de guerra. Esto, en la línea de militarizar la calle y declarar estado de excepción no es sino menospreciar la demanda social, apagando el fuego con bencina y legitimando la autodefensa del pueblo chileno.
Hoy PARALIZAMOS EL PAÍS. No solo por demandas gremiales, sino porque pensamos que la situación abre un ESCENARIO REFUNDACIONAL y que Chile no será el mismo a partir de ahora.
Nosotros ya convocamos a una HUELGA GENERAL donde todo el pueblo se exprese, con ánimo democrático y transformador.
Los trabajadores portuarios estamos comprometidos con los cambios políticos y sociales y por ello, proponemos al conjunto del movimiento sindical abogar por una ASAMBLEA CONSTITUYENTE DE LOS TRABAJADORES Y EL PUEBLO.
Solo una Asamblea Constituyente abrirá la posibilidad de discutir un nuevo modelo productivo, industrial y de desarrollo, un nuevo marco de relaciones laborales, una renacionalización del cobre y los recursos naturales, entre otras demandas sentidas por nuestro pueblo.
Finalmente, somos testigos de una grave CRISIS DE REPRESENTATIVIDAD. El gobierno no está en sintonía con la gente, cuestión que se expresa en la utilización del miedo y la violencia militar para dar gobernabilidad. Por eso, no confiamos en ellos.
Los portuarios paralizamos y salimos a la calle.
¡A la Huelga General!
¡Por una Asamblea Constituyente!
¡A defender al pueblo!

PORT UNION OF CHILE PARALIZES THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY BY CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY VIA GENERAL STRIKE
Public Declaration of the Chilean Port Union
The port workers have decided to start a stoppage in the terminals of our country in SOLIDARITY with the demands and struggle that all Chileans have carried out throughout the national territory.
We understand that the fight on the street is legitimate, however, it is important to separate ourselves from those who believe that social protest enables vandalism. We support people defending their homes from unscrupulous people who are not interested in social struggles and take advantage of this chaos situation to commit criminal acts. It's protest, don't loot.
In line with the previous one, we also reject that President Piñera speak of an internal enemy and a war situation. This, in the line of militarizing the street and declaring a state of exception is nothing but to disparage social demand, putting out the fire with benzine and legitimizing the self-defense of the Chilean people.
Today we PARALIZE THE COUNTRY. Not only because of union demands, but because we think that the situation opens a REFUNDATIONAL SCENARIO and that Chile will not be the same from now on.
We have already called for a GENERAL STRIKE where all the people express themselves, with a democratic and transformative spirit.
Port workers are committed to political and social changes and therefore, we propose to the union movement as a whole to advocate for a CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY OF WORKERS AND THE PEOPLE.
Only a Constituent Assembly will open the possibility of discussing a new productive, industrial and development model, a new framework of labor relations, a renationalisation of copper and natural resources, among other demands felt by our people.
Finally, we are witnessing a serious REPRESENTATIVE CRISIS. The government is not in tune with the people, an issue that is expressed in the use of fear and military violence to give governance. Therefore, we do not trust them.
Ports paralyze and go outside.
